About The Mouse Training Company
| We are a London city based training company. Our core objectives is to provide training and bespoke solutions to our clients. |
We only run dedicated training courses where the company's delegates are all in the same classroom. Simply select the calendar day/s you require. (1 - 8 delegates) These sessions can be held at our training rooms in Moorgate or at your venue. |

| The first thing we do is to carry out a Training Needs Analysis. We ask you how your staff will be using the applications and what their present level of knowledge is so that we can put together groups of people with similar needs and abilities. Course contents are based around the work requirements of your people, so everything they learn is relevant to their jobs. |

| We'll Fit In With You |
| We will be flexible and will offer training at a time and place that suits you. We pride ourselves on our willingness to fit in with you. We can train on site or, if you prefer, run courses at our own training centre in Moorgate. We're also happy to travel further a field and have in the past sent our trainers to New York, Moscow, Hong Kong and Tokyo. We'll even train the MD at home, if that's what suits you best! We’ll work to your timetable too, if your staff can only be trained after office hours, then that’s when we’ll run the course. |

| Training Venue's |
| If the training takes place at our premises, tea, coffee and biscuits as well as a selection of cold soft drinks are readily available throughout the day. Lunch can be provided on request. All our training rooms are equipped with modern equipment and projectors. |

| Pricing for Training at Our Premises |
Our courses are charged at a daily rate of £695.00 per day plus VAT regardless of the level or the number of delegates attending, however we do recommend a maximum of 8 delegates per course.
There is no additional charge for rooms, refreshments or training materials.
Before the course we carry out a full training needs analysis on all those attending and email you the results at no additional cost.
In short, there are no hidden charges - all the necessary account management and meetings are part of the overall price to you.
What we charge for is the trainers time. If a trainer is working on your help desk, supporting a software upgrade by floor walking, updating a technical manual or working on a consultancy project it is all the same price.
Finally, we guarantee our prices for twelve months of your initial booking to ensure that any project you have started is completed within your expected budget.

| Cancellation Policy |
All our courses are considered provisional bookings until confirmed by completing a booking form or equivalent confirmation by email. However, it is still possible to cancel a course up to 5 complete working days before the course date without incurring cancellation fees. Beyond that time 100% of the course fee is payable. Even in these circumstances it is still possible for you to use the time for an alternative training course within the scheduled trainers skill set.

Course Costs |
All IT training courses at our offices are charged at a daily rate of £695 per day, for 2 to 8 delegates.
We also offer training at your venue for £595 per day. If required laptops are available at an additional £150 per day.
1-to-1 training courses are charged at £450 per day. (Our offices or your venue)
For courses outside the M25, trainer travel and accomodation expenses are not included in the above prices but are charged at cost.
